We keep our pricing simple, no upfront costs and one monthly payment.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly, which will be due on the same date you signed up to the service.
Price Lock: Your monthly rate is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription to the same service.
Non-Payment: If a payment fails, SharpWebs reserves the right to suspend the website after a 7-day grace period.
Client Content: You retain all rights to the logos, text, and images you provide.
The Design: While subscribed, you have a license to use the website design. If you wish to cancel and move the site to a different provider, a “Buyout Fee” may apply to transfer the custom code and design files.
Software: SharpWebs retains ownership of any proprietary plugins, themes, or tools used to build the site.
Inclusions: Your subscription includes security patches, hosting management, and small text/image updates.
Major Updates: For major updates such as complete website designs or advanced features being added such as eCommerce options may come at an additional cost. Please contact the team and we’re happy to help.
No Contracts: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your website would stop being active 30 days after your last payment was made.
Refunds: As this is a service-based business, payments made for design and hosting work already performed are non-refundable.
SharpWebs provides hosting through third-party providers. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any loss of business or revenue resulting from temporary site downtime or technical issues.
SharpWebs reserves the right to update these terms of service at anytime.
